Rev. Dr. Leonard Lee is an itinerant elder and is currently the Senior Pastor of Brown Chapel A.M.E. Church. He is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology and a Master of Divinity and Doctoral degree in Missional Leadership from Houston Graduate School of Theology (HGST). He has worked in the private sector as a Sub Sea Construction Project Manager and a safety specialist for a major energy company. He has also worked as a meeting facilitator and strategic planner. Dr. Lee is also available as a life coach and motivational speaker.
He is married to Lady, Shon Choice-Lee. Together they have five adult children, seven grandchildren and four great grand children. He is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana but has been a Texan since 2003. He and Shon reside in Conroe, Texas.
Rev. Lee believes it is his call in life to “meet the needs of God’s people” – John 21:15. He loves to teach bible study, church school and preach. Additionally, he partners with local homeless ministries to provide meals, physical and spiritual.
